You can revoke your contract declaration within two weeks without giving reasons by returning the products. The set deadline starts after you receive the product.
You can find out more information about when an item can be returned here. In any case, please contact our customer service before you want to return an item.
REDEMPTION POLICY
Please understand that we cannot always take back items. You can return the items you have ordered to us within 14 days of receipt. After checking the returned items, we will refund the purchase price. Unfortunately, once the 14 days have passed, we can no longer offer you a refund or exchange.
For a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Any return must be announced in advance by email (contact@nobliance.com). Please do not send your return back to our suppliers or the address of the sender of your deliveries.
Here are our conditions for a return with a refund:
RETURNING A NON-DEFECTIVE, UNUSED ITEM:
- Originally packed, undamaged product
- The item was received no more than 14 days ago
- Checking the condition in our warehouse
- Full refund (100%) of the purchase price
NO REFUND:
- Product is in damaged original packaging
- Used Products
- Products without original packaging
- Supplied accessories are missing
- Open consumable
- Return period expired
Refunds:
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your return.
If we have accepted your return, you will automatically receive a credit on your credit card or on your originally chosen payment method within 10 days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Please also contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you still haven't received your refund, please contact our customer service.
SHIPPING OF RETURNS
Currently you have to pay the shipping costs for your returns at Nobliance yourself. Shipping costs for your deliveries will not be reimbursed.
TECHNICAL DEFECT
Please let us know if a device has a technical defect during or after the warranty period. We will help you with a repair order or with a replacement item.
WRONG PRODUCT
In exceptional cases, we may accidentally ship the wrong item. Please first check very carefully whether the delivered product really does not correspond to one of the items actually ordered. If you are sure that you have received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately.
TRANSPORT DAMAGE
A smooth transport of your order to your home is very important to us. Despite all efforts, goods can be damaged in transit. We ask for your understanding. Please contact our support if you have received a damaged item.
Right of return for personalized items:
Personalized items can only be returned if the item arrives defective or faulty.
